Our Facilities
Swings & Smiles offers play sessions where children with special needs and their families can enjoy time together in a place designed just for them. Our centre in Thatcham is filled with specialist play resources that allow children with a wide range of disabilities to play alongside their siblings and loved ones in a space that feels safe, secure and full of possibility.
Families can explore a variety of activities, from play and cooking to art, sport and so much more. We have a personal care room, along with both fixed and portable hoists, to ensure every child can take part comfortably. Outside, our fully enclosed garden gives children the freedom to play and relax, and with the building all on one level, it is easy for everyone to move around. There is plenty of space outdoors to enjoy a picnic and make the most of your time together.

Swings & Smiles offers play sessions for children with special needs and their whole family at our centre in Thatcham. We have specialist play resources to enable children with a wide range of disabilities to play with siblings and other family members in a secure and safe environment.
We provide many opportunities for play, cooking, art, sport and much more. We have a personal care room as well as fixed and portable hoists. Our garden is totally secure and the building is on one level with lots of space outside to eat if you'd like to bring a picnic.

We run sessions throughout term time and the school holidays to suit different ages and needs. If you would like to join us, please book your session in advance.
