Vic is a business advisor and a recently accredited business Mentor (ILM), with over 30 years’ experience of running and assisting businesses to expand and grow.  Experienced with IT Systems, Premises Security, Finance and Taxation systems, with connections to mainstream service providers.  Vic is semi-retired having sold both his IT and Security businesses in 2019 and now has the time and energy to help Swings and Smiles on its journey. Vic has a passion for Bonsai trees and Vintage Vehicles (two 1930’s Vauxhalls) and co-runs the local annual car show in Yattendon.
