Sangeeta Bhabra has been co-presenting ITV News Meridian in the South of England with Fred 'How' Dinenage since 2009. She still lives in Berkshire with her family due to her care commitments. She knows Berkshire well having gone to school and university in Reading and started her broadcasting career out of Meridian's Newbury studio in 2000. Sangeeta hopes she can bring even more fun and energy to Swings and Smiles.

Sangeeta says 'Caring is a challenge for anyone but when you are a child and your brother or sister has extra needs - I know from experience you have this whole extra dimension to deal with. I think it's important that sibling carers have a chance to be themselves, recognise their needs are important and also hopefully realise that they're special people- helping a brother or sister who needs that extra bit of love and support.'
