Coronavirus Response We know that the current situation continues to be a worry for lots of our families, and we're committed to doing what we can, based on the current advice, to carry on supporting you throughout. We are delighted to be able to start welcoming people back to the centre and want to make sure you feel safe and happy to do so. Some things may look a little different when you come to the centre, all changes will be explained to you when you book a session. We can provide visual aids if they are required. There are parts of the centre and grounds that may be off-limits and we would encourage families to contact us to find out more if they think this could be an issue for their child. Most of our sessions will take place in the garden and for limited numbers of people. We encourage social distancing whilst using the garden space and have extra hand washing facilities available. All families are asked to confirm that they have no symptoms of COVID-19 before attending a session, we will record all details to comply with Track and Trace guidelines. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. In the case of bad weather some garden play sessions may not be able to go ahead. Play leaders will be assigned to garden play sessions, they will be responsible for a thorough clean and disinfect before and after each session. All staff have appropriate PPE and equipment to carry out their duties. Where we refer to ‘bubbles’ we are talking about that session only, ‘bubbles’ may change each visit as this will depend on the families booked in. We are constantly reviewing current Government guidelines and will make changes as and when necessary. We will communicate any changes with families via email or social media. All of our activities have been risk assessed and the centre is operating as a COVID-secure workplace. If you require copies of any of our risk assessments please email [email protected] For more information about the sessions we are running this summer visit Summer Holidays 2020 Our virtual support also continues so if you aren't quite ready to join us back at the centre there's plenty to still keep you busy. You can join in with our 30 Day Challenge at any time, the team have been busy filming themselves completing lots of fun activities that you can try at home, and they're all available on our YouTube Channel. We also have a closed Facebook group just for parents which is a safe space to get advice and support not only from our team, but from other parents too.
