Jan Stiff

Jan recognised the need for sibling support, whilst working as a Paediatric Palliative care nurse at a local children’s hospice. This led to her setting up a service as a sibling support worker. Jan is now working with Swings & Smiles, developing support for siblings of disabled children.

Julie Whittington

Julie has over 10 years professional experience working for Vodafone. She has managed and led key initiatives and teams throughout the organisation. She is now a full-time mother of two young daughters, but gets significant satisfaction from utilising some of her key skills to help Swings & Smiles.

Emma Woodhead

Emma Woodhead is a former marketing manager in the telecoms profession specialising in customer relations and customer retention. She also has considerable experience in specifications and project management in the property sector having originally trained as a surveyor.
